To create a fair, safe, and stable trading environment and to maintain the normal operation of the CHF Coin C2C platform, C2C merchants must adhere to the following principles:
Applying for CHF Coin C2C merchant status requires locking up 10,000 USDT and providing relevant information. After approval, you can await entry.High-quality C2C merchants should ensure prompt payment, release, and response, and should not arbitrarily cancel orders, make malicious complaints, hold orders, or snipe low-price orders. Service attitude should be friendly, and respect should be given to platform users and staff, adhering to the principles of integrity and fair trade.C2C merchants must actively comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing policies, ensure their business operations are compliant, and cooperate with relevant regulatory agencies' reviews and investigations at any time. Article 1: Payment and Receipt Regulations
C2C merchants must use accounts consistent with platform real-name verification for transferring funds to users.C2C merchants may use platform-verified accounts for receiving funds.If users use accounts not verified by real-name authentication for receiving funds during merchant payment, the order can be canceled.If users use accounts not verified by real-name authentication for payment during merchant receipt, the merchant can request the user to cancel the order; if payment has already been received from the user, it can be returned, and the user can be asked to cancel the order. Article 2: Fund Security Regulations
C2C merchants must not engage in any form of illegal fund transactions.If a user's bank card or other fund account is frozen due to a C2C merchant's payment, the merchant should actively cooperate with platform staff and provide reasonable evidence.If a merchant's account is frozen, they should promptly contact online customer service, report the frozen account information, and provide reasonable evidence explaining the relationship with the platform user.If illegal digital assets or funds are introduced into the platform, causing asset losses or legal risks to the platform and users, the platform has the right to revoke merchant qualifications and indefinitely freeze the security deposit. In severe cases, the judicial authorities' request to freeze relevant accounts and assets will be complied with. Article 3: Operational Regulations
After becoming a C2C merchant, carefully read the [C2C Merchant Entry Guide].C2C merchants must not leave their contact information in remarks and are prohibited from conducting direct transactions with users outside the platform, otherwise the platform is not responsible. Upon discovery, the merchant's advertisement posting privileges will be suspended.If a merchant has completed payment but the user has not released funds after 15 minutes, the merchant can click to appeal and contact online customer service for assistance.Merchants must not conduct small test transfers to users' bank accounts or other fund accounts without the user's consent; doing so twice will result in the revocation of merchant qualifications. Conditions for Revoking Merchant Qualifications
Exceeding two warnings within thirty days will result in the revocation of merchant qualifications.If, after paying the seller, a user complaint is not assisted twice, merchant qualifications will be revoked.Merchants who do not cooperate with customer service in handling orders or intentionally delay will have their qualifications revoked. If causing user asset losses, the platform has the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the security deposit to compensate the user. The merchant must replenish the deposit within three days; failure to do so will result in revocation of qualifications.In case of order disputes where the merchant refuses to cooperate and causes user losses, merchant qualifications will be revoked, and the security deposit may be indefinitely frozen based on the severity.Merchants must not privately charge users additional fees or collect red envelopes or fees in any form, otherwise qualifications will be revoked.Merchants must not disclose users' names, contact information, addresses, or related information, otherwise qualifications will be revoked.Merchants posting advertisements or spreading detrimental information that negatively impacts the platform in groups, and causing severe impact, will have qualifications revoked.Merchants must not insult or threaten platform users; such behavior will result in revocation of qualifications.If a merchant's operations are deemed to involve illegal activities by judicial authorities, qualifications will be revoked and accounts may be frozen as required by judicial authorities.Merchants must not use associated payment accounts for transactions on other platforms or groups. If issues arise on other platforms or groups and are closely related to the GHF Coin platform's advertisers, the platform has the right to directly revoke merchant qualifications. If part of a team, all team accounts will be disqualified, and security deposits indefinitely frozen.Merchants must not exploit platform rules for profit; such behavior will result in revocation of qualifications.Renting or buying others' cards for transactions is prohibited. If a merchant is suspected of money laundering, qualifications will be revoked; if directly involved in money laundering, the platform will report to judicial authorities.Using programs for malicious underpricing or posting abnormal price coin collection will result in revocation of qualifications.If risk control detects offline transactions by merchants without reasonable proof, qualifications will be revoked. If part of a team, all team accounts will be disqualified, and security deposits frozen for at least three months.Merchants must not add users' contacts under the pretext of "verifying transaction records" or "adding friends for transfer" and then guide users to other platforms for transactions. Such behavior will result in revocation of qualifications. If part of a team, all team accounts will be disqualified, and security deposits frozen for at least three months.If false proof materials are provided (including but not limited to forged or altered payment proofs, chat and transaction records, judicial freeze documents, case filing materials), qualifications will be revoked. If a C2C merchant needs to revoke their certified merchant status for personal reasons, they must submit an application to the platform. Upon receiving the application, the platform will first close the merchant's advertisement posting privileges. If verified that the merchant is not involved in any unresolved disputes or has no bad records, the platform will unfreeze the security deposit within 7 to 15 working days, completing the revocation process. The merchant cannot reapply for certification within 90 days from the date of revocation.
